Catching Spiders" is a simple offering of ten songs about coping as a parent, relationship woes and struggling with the toys in your own head.

Lyrics are pulled from the poetry of drummer, Nina Mackie and the head of guitarist Greg Robson.

With music crafted from what only comes with three core instruments, drums, bass and guitar: thrashing it out in a sweaty basement.

The sound is honest, simple and melodic punk.
